Hospitality and Driving Events

Hospitality and Driving events are at the core of what we do.  We are hugely experienced in running both track and road driving events for a variety of automotive manufacturers on 2 and 4 wheels.

 

Our team having been delivering driving events for over 20 years - from Pan European Press launch events to customer prospect days, from dealer training events to track based test days - we have run them all.   

 

We have a host of equipment and technology to help with the smooth running of these events such as vehicle tracking / driver logging technology, helmets and overalls, valeting equipment, in car video data systems, signage and branding.

Our hospitality experience ranges from designing, building and running a trackside hospitality and hotel for 500 people at Le Mans for Nissan to a fully mobile super VIP experience for McLaren, supports their British GT activation across the season.   We have delivered hospitality across the globe from Fuji to Dubai to Snetterton and so have a huge knowledge of not only the various circuits around the world but also of the various platforms that can best be used for Motorsport Hospitality.
